We respect your time. We can take care of many concerns remotely. When we can't, enjoy same day visits with little to no wait. Sick appointments are 30 minutes, and well visits are 1 hour at baseline.

Dr. Amanda Janke, MD
Dr. Janke is a board certified pediatrician and mother of two with seven years of experience providing care for children in the Lowcountry.
Her goal with Free Range Pediatrics is to provide exceptional personalized care with the conveniences of modern communication for the busy parent. She always aims to search for the root cause of her patient's conditions and guide families on holistic solutions when possible. She wishes to foster trusting relationships with her patients and their families, offering her expertise from their precious first days to their teen years and all the complexity that comes with it.
